Can I return or have an item purchased in the game exchanged?

If you would like to exchange an item that you purchased in-game for Kinah, Abyss points, Medals etc., please get in touch with Support. The grace period for a return amounts to 7 days.

The following information is required for the return:

-    Complete item name
-    Name, server and level of the character that the item belongs to
-    Date and time of the purchase

Please note that we cannot guarantee returns and the service is limited in scope. We also reserve the right to refuse this service if there is evidence of misuse.
